HOW TO LOVE YOU WITHOUT LOSING ME, NORTH AND CENTRAL
This program will analyze reasons people tend to lose themselves in the process of finding love. Steps which will prevent the loss of personal identity will be discussed including the following:
1.Learning to recognize, understand, and admit emotional dependency.
2. The development of your own identity.
3. The process of forgiving yourself for not being perfect.
4.Learning to understand the way you are.
5. Getting in touch with your feelings and learning to communicate them.
6.Confronting your parent tapes.
7. Completing your adolescence.
8.Taking responsibility for self.

During these sessions participants will meet new friends, enjoy seeing old friends from previous conferences, and begin to develop deeper feelings of camaraderie. Both the men's session and the women's session will be designed to encourage bonding and friendship. Participants will introduce themselves and share what is in their hearts, both joys and concerns. Ideally as the stories unfold, those present will feel compassion for others who have expressed specific needs and will begin to foster a rapport, not only with these individuals, but also with persons who have similar backgrounds and interests. Each individual will learn more about the phenomenon of crossdressing and how other people have integrated it into a meaningful relationship.

Depression is a part of life. Handled correctly you can grow from the experience of feeling less than hopeful. This program will help participants recognize and handle or dissipate depression, and move toward selfconfidence.

This program will help participants use the IMAGO technique to remove many of the roadblocks that stand in the way of improved relationships. Such concerns as boundary violation, personality incompatibility, and communication will be discussed. The end result will be improved intimacy as women learn to listen, negotiate, and set appropriate personal relationship boundaries. The importance of respect, honesty, empathy, and responsibility will be emphasized.
