October 2003 Girls' Weekend Out!
The photos on this page are just a few taken that weekend! But the rest got lost when I changed servers... :-(
On October 3, 4 and 5, about 20 of us (gals and SO's) gathered in Reno for a whole weekend of girlstuff! Folks came from all over northern California, and as far away as Portland.
Friday was a night out at the Blue Cactus and Cadillac Lounge.
Saturday morning was SHOPPING at the JCPenney Outlet Store and Lane Bryant. (THANK YOU
to the friendly, helpful staff at both stores.) (Yes, I KNOW you've never seen me in glasses before. No way I could go the whole day with my contacts in. Just previews the Grandma

Lunch was a wonderful spread, under a tent on the sidewalk at Hidden Woman.

blouse is from the morning at Lane Bryant; the shoes were $10 at the JCP Outlet.
Donna, Faith and I ended up back at Macy's, where the fun Yves St. Laurent representative did
Faith's eyes and Donna's whole face! I got some work done on my age lines (SIGH!) by the lady from BeneFit. YES, we all bought cosmetics! Hey, that's how the biz works...
Saturday night--the highlight--dinner at the Beaujolais Bistro downtown. They were wonderful to us! Then into the night at the 1099.

I was on my way back early Sunday morning, but several of the gals stayed for brunch.
It was a really great time!!
